The advertisers and users guarantees that his or her Content do not violate any copyright, intellectual property rights or other rights of any person or entity, and agrees to release GoGO.Sale from all obligations, liabilities and claims arising in connection with the use of (or the inability to use) the service. Approval or rejection of advertisements are applicable as far as the posting rules of the site only.

All images on GoGo.Sale are watermarked, to prevent the images being used for other purposes, without the consent of the advertiser.

GoGo.Sale reserves the right to change the title of the Content, for editorial purposes and the right not to publish images that are irrelevant or images that violate the rules of GoGo.Sale.

The identity of advertisers, users or buyers may be determined, for example by an ISP (Internet Service Provider). IP (Internet Protocol) addresses may also be registered in order to ensure compliance with the terms and conditions.
Privacy
GoGo.Sale will collect, screen and use selected information from Users and Advertisers in the automobile industry to bridge the gap between service providers and vehicle users. No money is demanded from automobile service providers for listing their information on GoGo.Sale.
