1. How do I sign up for a user (member or dealer) account on GoGo.Sale?

Signing up for an account on GoGo.Sale is easy, fast and totally free! To sign up, simply click on Register and follow the instructions. You can register through your email address or your mobile number. Once you have registered, a password will be sent to your email or mobile with instructions on how to login.

2. How do I login and logout of my account?

To login to your account, simply click on Login and enter your email and GoGo.Sale password. If you have created an account via Facebook, click on "Continue with Facebook" and follow the instructions. To logout of your account, simply click the Sign Out.

3. How do I post an advertisement?

Posting your vehicle ad is free and hassle free on GoGo.Sale. Simply click the POST YOUR AD HERE button and follow the instructions. If you are new to GoGo.Sale, you will need to first register to post your advertisement. Your advertisement will be published once it has been approved by our team.

4. How do I search a vehicle?

You can search based on four options - brand, model, price range and vehicle condition (used/new or reconditioned).

5. How do I edit my advertisement?

Log into your profile and click on My Ads and follow the instructions to edit your advertisement.

6. How do I delete my advertisement?

Log in to your profile and click on My Ads and follow the instructions to delete your advertisement (same as edit your advertisement).

7. How do I change my password?

Login to your profile, click on My account and then change the password. If you have forgotten your password, click on reset and enter your registered email address or mobile number. A new password will be sent to your email or mobile which can be used to log into your account.

8. How long do advertisements stay on GoGo.Sale?

Your advertisements will appear for a period of three months (90 days) from the date of first posting thereof unless you delete them earlier.

9. Why has my ad been rejected?

All ads are individually reviewed, and if your ad violates our posting rules it will be rejected. You can read the rejection mail, do the necessary changes and submit for re-approval.

10.What should I do if I can't post an advertisement or I have any other problem?
